Information sent on behalf of Cumbria Neighbourhood Watch

A timely reminder for your diary

Cumbria Neighbourhood Watch Association will be holding our AGM on Monday 8 February 2021 at 2 pm and should be finished by 3 pm or soon afterwards.

This year, because of the Pandemic, we are conducting the meeting ‘Online’ using Zoom, a now common way in which people and organisations arrange their meetings. All you need is a laptop, ipad, tablet etc and if I can do it, anybody can.

Once I know who wants to attend, I will forward details to ‘click’ on a few days before the meeting. (Zoom is easy to use, click and you’re in)

The meeting includes guest speakers Cumbria Police Chief Constable, Police and Crime Commissioner and Lorrainne Smythe, CEO ACTion with Communities.

I am also delighted to say that our Honorary President, the High Sheriff, has kindly agreed to speak as well.

I do hope that you will support the AGM, something you don’t need to make any travel arrangements for and instead enjoy it from the comfort of your own home.

You also have the opportunity to ask questions, just send me your question so I can present it to our speakers.

This years AGM makes it much easier for people to attend and in this respect, I look forward to your support so please let me know if you will be attending
